Senior System Engineer
Responsible for the design, implementation, operation, maintenance, and security of the IT infrastructure, systems, and platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with organisational standards and policies.
Infrastructure & Systems Administration
- Administer and maintain VMware, Windows, and Linux servers, storage systems, and infrastructure appliances at hardware and operating system levels.
- Provide Level 2 technical support for infrastructure and platform services.
- Manage Microsoft 365 E3 components, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Perform system configuration, performance tuning, patching, and capacity planning.
Technical Operations
- Support system-related components like OS, network, and security engineering tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Microsoft PowerShell and Linux shell scripting.
- Continuously optimise systems, storage, networks, and file systems for efficiency and security.
- Strengthen system security using cost-effective and industry-standard practices.
Implementation & Delivery
- Take a hands-on technical role in infrastructure deployment, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and operation of hardware, firmware, and system software.
- Ensure proper procedures, documentation, and operational standards are followed.
Vendor & Project Management
- Coordinate and manage external consultants and vendors supporting infrastructure delivery.
- Monitor and optimise contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for performance and cost effectiveness.
- Support compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 14298 operational processes.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure solutions follow internal standards, industry best practices, and security guidelines.
- Implement and maintain ITIL-based processes including Incident Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management using ITSM tools.
- Support audit compliance and implement remediation actions from internal and external audits.
- Coordinate incident response activities to restore services efficiently.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Assist IT Operations in optimising monitoring, backup, and recovery solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to support business applications.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide timely reporting to the Head of Unit and Head of Division.
- Maintain accurate operational and management information within assigned areas.
Internship: IT
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
- Proficiency in a variety of network types is an added advantage, including LAN, WLAN, WAN, network security, server, and virtualisation.
- Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Available for a temporary, full-time internship contract of 3 months and above.
Responsibilities
- Get involved with 1st and 2nd level system support for helpdesk administration and customer infrastructure hardware upkeep.
- Collaborate with customer technical infrastructure operation team members for daily operations and IT infrastructure support.
- Support IT infrastructure operations including firewalling, wireless, server, and LAN connectivity.
- Follow customer IT security policies, standards, codes, and procedures for networks to protect confidentiality, integrity, and non-repudiation of business data.

Inside Sales Representative
Requirements
- Diploma qualification and above in IT, marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Ability to influence by communicating ideas and technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Required skills: cold-calling, communication, negotiation, information-gathering, prospecting, and problem-solving.
- Sales software proficiency.
- Good command of Microsoft Office is essential and CRM experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients.
- Support qualified prospects and customers with follow-up and product information.
- Research existing accounts, identify key players and opportunities, and generate interest.
- Assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and propose suitable products and solutions.
- Engage leads through phone or email.
- Update prospect and client interactions and sales activities into the CRM system.
- Work closely with sales team to accelerate sales cycle, including quotations, proposals, and emails.
- Develop working knowledge of IXI products and benefits for potential clients.
- Coordinate sales purchase and order delivery with product distributor.
- Build rapport with vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Handle ad hoc sales-related tasks assigned by management.
